Where Heritage claims most often need help
On a condominium association claim, the master policy, the hurricane deductible and any special assessment are tied together, and the board has to manage the claim for every owner. See condo and HOA claims, Florida condo association insurance requirements and special assessments after a claim. On homeowners claims, roof and water losses lead.
