Supporting Property Owners and Leveling the Claims Field Since 2007
For nearly two decades, Homeland Public Adjusters has represented homeowners, business owners, and community associations across Florida and now New Jersey. We help them document losses, navigate insurance policies, manage the claims process, and pursue the benefits available under their coverage.
Insurance companies have their own claims adjusters evaluating losses on behalf of the carrier. Homeland was created to help level that playing field. Our public adjusters work specifically for policyholders, providing experienced representation when a property owner is facing a new loss, an active insurance claim, or a claim that has been denied or underpaid.

Our Story
Since 2007, Homeland Public Adjusters has represented property owners after hurricanes, fires and water losses. Our work began in Florida and now also serves property owners in New Jersey, in English and Spanish.
Our Experience
Nearly twenty years of property insurance claims for homeowners, businesses and community associations: hurricane and wind, flood, fire, water, theft and vandalism, commercial, and denied or underpaid claims.
Our team includes public adjusters licensed in Florida and New Jersey.
Our Vision
We want every property owner to understand their policy, keep their records ready, and have an adjuster on their side before anything happens, not after.
Our team brings a detailed, hands-on approach to every claim. We help evaluate the situation, organize supporting evidence, address claim requirements, communicate with insurance carriers, and advocate passionately for our clients throughout the process. With our “No Recovery, No Fee” approach, there are no upfront public adjuster fees; we succeed when our clients recover.
That relationship can begin even before property damage occurs. Through our free Adjuster Advantage™ membership, property owners can prepare before a loss and have a Homeland public adjuster assigned to their membership. Prep tools are available in all 50 states, with adjuster support in Florida and New Jersey.
Joining Adjuster Advantage is free and does not create a contract or agreement with Homeland Public Adjusters for any claim. Hiring Homeland is optional and requires a separate written agreement. Adjuster Advantage is not insurance and does not represent you in any claim.
Our Mission: Protecting the Policyholder’s Interests

Our mission is to provide clear, expert, and ethical insurance claim representation focused on the policyholder’s interests. We believe property owners deserve fairness, respect, and a clear understanding of what is happening with their claim.
That philosophy shapes how we work. We emphasize education so clients can better understand the process, transparency so they know where their claim stands, persistence so the parties involved are held accountable, and evidence-based claim management so thorough documentation supports the loss.
As policies, claim practices, technology, and the property insurance industry evolve, we continue to refine the tools and strategies we use to serve our clients. What does not change is our responsibility to defend our clients and provide the professional representation they deserve.
Your Insurance Company Has Adjusters.
Their adjuster works for the insurer.
Yours represents you, not the insurer.
After a loss, your insurance company sends its adjuster. Do you know what your policy says, where your records are, and who is on your side?
