Questions about ClaimsHub

What is ClaimsHub?

ClaimsHub is Homeland Public Adjusters’ own claims platform. Homeland clients use it to follow their insurance claim: its status and updates, the documents and files, and the deadlines, on the web, iPhone or Android.

Can I sign up for ClaimsHub?

No. ClaimsHub is invite only. When you hire Homeland to represent you on a claim, we send you an invite and you sign in.

Who can see my claim?

Only the people assigned to it: you, your Homeland public adjuster and case manager, Homeland’s admins, and the attorneys of a law firm when one is handling the case.

How do I check the status of my insurance claim with Homeland?

Sign in to ClaimsHub at claimshub.homelandpa.com or in the app. You can also call your Homeland team 24/7.

Is ClaimsHub the same as Adjuster Advantage?

No. Adjuster Advantage is the free app for getting ready before anything happens. ClaimsHub is for Homeland clients once Homeland is handling their claim.
