These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the homelandpa.com website (the "Site"), operated by Homeland Public Adjusters Corporation ("Homeland," "we," "us"), 8004 NW 154th Street, #609, Miami Lakes, FL 33016. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Homeland Public Adjusters is a licensed public adjusting firm. Florida Agency License W818638. New Jersey Firm License 3003982360. We represent property owners, not insurance companies. Public adjusting services are offered only in Florida and New Jersey.
2. Information only; no legal advice
The Site provides general information about property insurance claims. It is not legal advice, insurance advice or a coverage opinion. Homeland is a public adjusting firm, not a law firm, and we do not give legal advice. Your insurance policy and your insurance company determine what is covered. For legal advice, please consult an attorney.
3. Using the Site or contacting us does not hire Homeland
Visiting the Site, calling us, or sending a form or message does not create a contract or agreement with Homeland for any claim. Hiring Homeland is optional and requires a separate written agreement that you choose to sign. Public adjusting services are provided only under that written agreement. We cannot promise that we will take any particular claim.
4. No Recovery, No Fee
No Recovery, No Fee. Details are in your written agreement with Homeland.
5. Results
Past results do not predict the outcome of any other claim. Every claim depends on its own facts, the policy and the insurance company's decisions. We do not guarantee any result, amount or timeline.
6. Third Party Uninsured Damage Claims
Third Party Uninsured Damage Claims are available only for Florida properties. They are not available in New Jersey.
7. Adjuster Advantage and ClaimsHub
Adjuster Advantage is a separate membership program, and ClaimsHub is our client portal. Each has its own terms and privacy notice, which apply when you use them. Joining Adjuster Advantage is free and does not create a contract or agreement with Homeland Public Adjusters for any claim. Hiring Homeland is optional and requires a separate written agreement.
8. Contacting us through the Site
When you send us a form, call us or email us, please give accurate information. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, bank account numbers or Social Security numbers through the Site forms. If you have damage that needs help right now, call us instead of using a form: (305) 783-3777 in Florida or (732) 517-3777 in New Jersey, 24/7. For an emergency, call 911.
By submitting a form, you agree that Homeland may contact you by phone or email about your inquiry. Submitting a form does not create a contract or hire Homeland. We will not send you marketing text messages or automated marketing calls unless you give separate consent.
9. Job applications
If you apply through the Join Our Team page, we use the information you send to consider your application. Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank details or other sensitive identification in your application.
10. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the Site. For example, do not try to get into parts of the Site or our systems that you are not authorized to use, interfere with the Site or its security, upload viruses or harmful code, copy or collect information from the Site using automated tools, or send us false or misleading information. Submitting false or misleading information in connection with an insurance claim can be a crime.
11. Our content and links
The text, design, logos and images on the Site belong to Homeland or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print Site pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or sell Site content without our written permission. The Site may link to other websites, including government and insurance-related sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. A link does not mean we endorse the site.
12. No warranties; limit of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site or its content, including that it is complete, current or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Homeland and its owners, employees and licensed professionals are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any obligation Homeland has to you under a written public adjusting agreement or under the law. Some states do not allow certain limits, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.
14. Language
These Terms are available in English and Spanish. If the two versions differ, the English version controls.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when the current version took effect. If you keep using the Site after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
