The Lifeline Card™ is your emergency card: your member number, your policies, your Homeland team and the 24/7 number. Save it to your phone so you have it even when the towers are down.

A town, not a forum.
Advantage Town is the community inside the app, built for people who own property in storm country. Get your own porch, follow plazas like Roofs & Shutters and Flood & Water, start streets, knock on another resident’s door, and keep your own claim private with your adjuster. It’s about getting ready, not selling anything.

Tap around the app.
Tap the bottom bar on the phone, or the buttons here, the same way you would in the app.
See it. Report it. Residents and Homeland know.
Scroll to see how a sighting works, from the map to the report.

See what residents are seeing right now.
A live, app-only map of what residents are seeing around their homes, any time of year, not only after storms.
- Get an alert when a confirmed sighting is near your home

Report a sighting in seconds.
Pick what you see: flooding, a downed line, a tree down, roof damage, fire, a sinkhole, contamination, a water main or an outage. Add a short note and a photo. No faces or license plates.
- Need help? Check “I have damage at my property. Please have Homeland contact me.” Only your adjuster’s team sees it, and your sighting stays public without your name

“3 residents saw this.”
Other residents tap “I see it too” or mark it cleared. Every sighting opens a discussion in the matching plaza, shows the block, never an exact address, and fades on its own.
Town Sightings is not an emergency service. For a fire, a downed power line or anyone in danger, call 911 first. What to do for each type of sighting

Built from nearly twenty years of claims
For nearly twenty years, Homeland Public Adjusters has represented property owners after hurricanes, fires and water losses. We kept seeing the same problems: a policy no one had read, no proof of how the property looked before, and deadlines missed in the chaos after a storm. Adjuster Advantage is what we built to fix that, before anything happens.
And if you ever need us, your claim runs on ClaimsHub, Homeland’s own claims platform, where you can follow every document, deadline and update on your claim.
What A Florida Study Found
In a 2010 study of Citizens Property Insurance claims filed in 2008–2009, the Florida Legislature's research office (OPPAGA) found that policyholders represented by a public adjuster typically received larger payments: for 2005-hurricane claims, a median of $17,187 vs $2,029; for non-catastrophe claims, an estimated $9,379 vs $1,391. Source: OPPAGA Report No. 10-06.
