Policy Scan™
Upload the master policy. A licensed Homeland public adjuster reviews it and explains it in plain words: the deductibles in dollars, not just percentages, and what the association insures versus what each owner covers.
A plain-language summary, not legal advice or a coverage opinion. The policy always governs; talk with your agent about coverage questions.
Safety Vault™ Building Record
Keep dated photos and documents of the roof, exterior, common areas, equipment, clubhouse and amenities, grouped by area. Download the building record as a PDF for the board.
90DAY XPlus™
The board enters the master policy renewal, milestone inspection, structural integrity reserve study and other dates. We email reminders 90, 30 and 7 days before each date you enter.
These are the dates you enter. Adjuster Advantage doesn’t decide what any date should be.
Prep Alerts + Building Storm Check-in
National Weather Service warnings for the building’s county. After a storm, owners report from their phones: I’m OK, I have damage or I need help. The board sees one dashboard, unit by unit, for the owners who choose to share.
Prep Alerts are not a warning service. Always follow official alerts.
Homeland’s team, 24/7
Questions about damage, the policy or what comes next? Your board has a licensed Homeland public adjuster to call, day or night. Hiring Homeland is always optional and needs a separate written agreement.
Manager portfolio
Every building you manage on one screen: whether Homeland has confirmed you, the record files, the next date due and the last storm check-in.
Each unit, its own account
Each owner can join Adjuster Advantage for their own unit. There is no cost to join.

Manage several associations? Start with one below and tell us about the others. Homeland will help you set them up.
Three steps. About two minutes.
- Set up your association. The association’s name, city and ZIP code, and your role.
- Homeland confirms you may act for it. Before the association’s space opens, we confirm that you serve on the board, as an officer or as its manager.
- Invite your board and manager. Add the people who help run the association, so everyone sees the same information.
Built from nearly twenty years of claims
For nearly twenty years, Homeland Public Adjusters has represented property owners after hurricanes, fires and water losses. We kept seeing the same problems: a policy no one had read, no proof of how the property looked before, and deadlines missed in the chaos after a storm. Adjuster Advantage is what we built to fix that, before anything happens.
Associations face the same problems on a bigger scale: one master policy, hundreds of owners, and one board answering for all of it.
And if you ever need us, your claim runs on ClaimsHub, Homeland’s own claims platform, where you can follow every document, deadline and update on your claim.
What A Florida Study Found
In a 2010 study of Citizens Property Insurance claims filed in 2008–2009, the Florida Legislature's research office (OPPAGA) found that policyholders represented by a public adjuster typically received larger payments: for 2005-hurricane claims, a median of $17,187 vs $2,029; for non-catastrophe claims, an estimated $9,379 vs $1,391. Payments shown are before the adjuster's fee, and represented claims took longer to settle. Source: OPPAGA Report No. 10-06.
The study looked at individual policyholders' claims, not condominium master policies.
- Payments are before the public adjuster's fee, so the amount the policyholder kept was lower.
- Represented claims took longer to settle: for non-catastrophe claims, a median of 115 days vs 41.
- "Without a public adjuster" includes policyholders represented by an attorney. For claims from the 2004 hurricanes, the medians were $22,266 vs $18,659.
- Results from past claims do not predict the result of any other claim.
