Your public adjuster, and what they can see.
In Florida and New Jersey, your membership is connected to a licensed Homeland public adjuster, shown on your member card with a Call 24/7 button. Your Safety Vault™ is private: only you and authorized Homeland staff can see it. When you join with a Florida or New Jersey ZIP code, you confirm that your assigned Homeland public adjuster can view the information you store.
Being a member does not hire Homeland. If you have a loss and want Homeland to represent you, that is a separate written agreement, and it is always your choice.
