Advantage Town is free and open nationwide, to homeowners, renters and people who don’t have insurance yet. The policy tools unlock when you upload a policy, so you can see exactly what coverage would do for you. Homeland’s public adjuster service is available in Florida and New Jersey, inside the app for anyone who needs it. Nobody is pushed.

Private by design
Members use handles, and profiles are private by default. Phone numbers, emails, addresses and policy numbers are removed from posts automatically.
Moderated
Posts are screened, a new member’s first posts are reviewed, and anyone can report a post or block another member. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, with zero tolerance for abuse.
Getting ready, not claim advice
Advantage Town is for preparedness and coverage talk. If you have damage, don’t post your claim: call your Homeland public adjuster, 24/7.
