Where State Farm claims most often need help
State Farm Florida writes homeowners, condo unit (HO-6) and renters policies, so most of its claims are water, wind and roof losses on homes and condos. On condo claims, the line between the association’s master policy and your HO-6 decides who pays for what; see master policy vs. HO-6. On roof claims, Florida’s matching and roof-repair rules often decide the outcome; see the roof-repair code change.
