Frontline Insurance Claim Help

Homes, condo units and associations in Florida. Call Homeland before you call Frontline.

Short answer: policies sold as Frontline Insurance are written by First Protective Insurance Company, Florida’s sixth-largest residential insurer. Its declarations page may say First Protective, not Frontline.

Last reviewed: October 2026

Before you call Frontline, call Homeland. The first report of a loss frames the whole claim. We review your policy, document the damage and give Frontline written notice of the claim for you. Florida (305) 783-3777 · New Jersey (732) 517-3777 · Se habla español.

Before you call Frontline

Call us first. We read your policy, then report the claim to Frontline in writing, with the facts and photos that support it.
Before anything is thrown out, photograph and video every room, the roof and the outside, and keep damaged items. Make only the repairs needed to stop more damage, and keep every receipt.
Talk to us before you give a statement or sign anything, whether it comes from the insurance company or a contractor.
We get the full policy, not just the declarations page, because the endorsements and exclusions decide the claim.

Your deadlines and Frontline’s, in Florida

Notice of the claim must be given within 1 year of the date of loss for a new or reopened claim, and within 18 months for a supplemental claim (Fla. Stat. §627.70132). We give that notice for you.
The insurer acknowledges your claim within 7 days, sends you its adjuster’s detailed estimate within 7 days after the adjuster prepares it, and pays or denies within 60 days of notice unless factors beyond its control intervene (Fla. Stat. §627.70131).
If you disagree on the amount, your options include re-documenting and negotiating, the appraisal clause in your policy, and free mediation through the Florida Department of Financial Services. See every option, compared.

Where Frontline claims most often need help

First Protective writes homeowners and condo unit policies, and also insures condominium associations. On association claims, the master policy, the deductible and any special assessment are connected; see special assessments after a claim and condo and HOA claims.

How Homeland helps with your Frontline claim

We represent you, not the insurance company. We read your policy, document the loss, prepare a line-item estimate, and handle the claim with Frontline’s adjusters from start to finish, in English or Spanish. If Frontline has already paid or denied, upload the letter or estimate to Claim Review for a free first read.
