Homeland Public Adjusters (“Homeland,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you join the Adjuster Advantage™ program or use our digital services, including the online portal powered by Suitedash. This Policy applies to members and users in Florida and New Jersey.

Information We Collect

When you join Adjuster Advantage™, we may collect:

  • Contact details (name, email, phone, address)
  • Insurance policy details (policy number, carrier, coverage info)
  • Photos, documents, and files you upload into the portal
  • Communication records between you and Homeland

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your Adjuster Advantage™ account
  • Provide member benefits such as discounted fees and priority access
  • Securely store your policy and photos for future claims
  • Contact you about updates, emergencies, or program benefits
  • Send you important updates, reminders, preparedness tips, and news before, during, and after storms or other emergencies
  • Comply with applicable state laws and regulations, including but not limited to Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) rules and New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (DOBI) requirements

What Membership Is — and Is Not

  • Membership in Adjuster Advantage™ does not create representation by Homeland Public Adjusters.
  • Representation occurs only on a claim-by-claim basis after you sign a separate Public Adjuster contract (Letter of Representation), as required by state law.
  • Until then, your membership provides tools, discounts, and preparedness resources — but not legal or claims representation.

How We Protect Your Information

  • Your data is stored securely through Suitedash, our technology provider.
  • Homeland staff access your information only for legitimate business purposes.
  • Some data may be stored on servers outside your state of residence, but Homeland applies the same strict security and privacy standards regardless of location.
  • We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention & Member Rights

We retain your information while your Adjuster Advantage™ membership remains active and as needed for legitimate business, compliance, or legal purposes.

You have the right to request:

  • A copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion of your personal information, subject to legal or regulatory retention requirements

When We Share Information

We may share your information:

  • With Homeland staff or contractors assisting with claims preparation
  • As required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • With your consent, for example, when submitting information as part of an insurance claim

Your Choices

  • You may update or request deletion of your stored information at any time by contacting us at info@HomelandPA.com.
  • You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. This does not terminate your membership.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the state where your insured property is located (Florida or New Jersey).
