How We Help

A Public Adjuster is a licensed professional who works for policyholders, not insurance companies. We prepare, file, and negotiate claims to ensure you receive the maximum payout you’re entitled to.
Adjuster Advantage™ members are prioritized. You’ll typically hear from your dedicated adjuster within 24 hours, and inspections are scheduled as soon as conditions are safe.
Yes. We represent residential, multi-family, HOA, and commercial properties across Florida.
We can often reopen denied claims or supplement underpaid ones. Many property owners don’t realize how much more they are owed until we step in.

Membership Benefits

Members enjoy discounted representation fees compared to non-members. Plus, studies show homeowners with Public Adjusters receive far larger settlements. In fact, a Florida Legislature study (OPPAGA) found:

    • 747% more on catastrophe claims ($17,187 vs. $2,029)
    • 574% more on non-catastrophe claims ($9,379 vs. $1,391)

For best protection, upload:

  • Your current insurance policy (PDF)
  • Pre-loss photos of your property (optional)
This creates a ready-to-go claim file so we can act immediately after a loss.

Yes. Adjuster Advantage™ members are first in line for inspections and damage documentation after a storm. Early documentation often means faster recovery.

Special Cases

Yes. If your claim requires legal escalation, we coordinate with attorneys to ensure your case is as strong as possible.

In most cases, we cannot step in if another public adjuster is under contract. But if your agreement ends or you can obtain a release from the public adjuster, we may be able to step in and represent you in the claim.

If you hired an attorney, we might still be able to help as public adjusters or assist as consultants on your file with your attorney. This is on a case-by-case basis. Just contact us and we’ll let you know how we can help.

General

We serve all of Florida and New Jersey.

We’re currently only offering Adjuster Advantage™ in Florida, but hope to add New Jersey in the coming months.

Our fees are a small percentage of the final settlement, only collected when you get paid. For Adjuster Advantage™ members, these fees are pre-disclosed and discounted.
