4. Compliance With Florida Law
All communications will comply with Florida Statutes and administrative rules governing public adjusters, including restrictions on in-person or phone solicitation within the first 48 hours after a loss. Homeland PA will never engage in harassment, coercion, or deceptive practices.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Adjuster Advantage™ is not an insurance product and does not guarantee coverage, claim approval, or payment. Homeland PA serves solely as a licensed public adjuster to advocate on your behalf.
7. Opt-Out Rights
You may opt out of receiving promotional or marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails, replying STOP to texts, adjusting social media preferences, or contacting us directly. Opting out does not terminate your membership.

Your information will only be used by Homeland PA for the purposes described in these Terms. We will not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Homeland PA is not liable for any damages resulting from your reliance on communications or membership materials. You are responsible for maintaining insurance coverage and property protection as required by your insurer.
